Police Constable Ordway Owens is a loyal member of the UK Police who worked under DCI Jarrod Klein and Earl Gaines in Slotham city.

Appearance[]
Ordway has short, brown hair and usually wears his blue casual police uniform, his job requiring him to be approachable.
Personality[]
Owens is loyal to his police duties and is prepared to work the long hours his superiors demand. He is, however, not very observant and failed to notice the shady dealings of Klein until the last minute.
Powers/Abilities[]
Owens is a good PR man, specialising in holding press conferences and dealing with classified information carefully. He also does duties in the police station like answering calls and coordinating public operations.
History[]
Owens first appeared in Jonah Gordonson: Agent of the UNWD, carrying the goldified body of GoLD MasTAH from the back of a police van to the lobby of Platinum Vaults, with the help of Klein.
His second appearance is as the police representative at the press conference held by director Gwendolyn Geiger after Barry's lab escape in Bionic Badger. He struggles to control the raucous reporters and journalists and ends the meeting abruptly.
Trivia[]
- This character is the Colkinom acting debut of Pedr O.
- Never having been in the original script, Owens was cast in Bionic Badger at short notice as he better fit the role than Klein. As such, a few lines from the old script are still heard amongst the cacophony in the press conference.
