Tobias Wolffe is one of the twelve UNWD Infiltrators, and is the only fully-fledged sniper on the team. He is also a cousin of Donovan and Isaac Wolffe. He is one of the only people who knows that Donovan escaped from the asylum he was admitted to as opposed to dying in the fire.

Appearance[]
Tobias is tall and deceptively thin, muscular despite his lean appearance. He has short, scruffy blond hair and blue eyes, and is generally clean shaven. He wears standard Infiltrator body armour, for the most part: dark trousers, a purple collared shirt and black bullet-resistant body, arm and leg armour. His Infiltrator helmet has been modified, however, with a more prominent visor fitted with additional features.
Personality[]
Tobias is known to be protective of his friends, and apprehensive when confronted by strangers. Among friends he is kind and cheerful, and is incredibly faithful to every Infiltrator in the UNWD. Though Infiltrators tend to work on their own, Tobias is usually sent alongside another Infiltrator to cover them from a distance.
Skills/Abilities[]
As with all Infiltrators, Tobias is trained in hand-to-hand combat, stealth tactics and other various combat skills. Unlike other Infiltrators, Tobias is an accomplished sniper, previously being a part of the British military. Due to this, Tobias is a natural excellent shot, and the technology at his disposal simply improves his skills further.
History[]
Tobias always had a fairly close relationship with his cousins, especially Donovan (Joseph at the time), whom he visited frequently at the asylum. This is how he came to know about Donovan's escape. At the time Tobias was a Lance Corporal in the British military who led a team of four snipers, but not long before the fire that caused Donovan's reported demise his team was ambushed in enemy territory. They were outnumbered, and the rest of the team was killed, with Tobias hiding among their bodies. Tobias spent days crawling out of the area, and was eventually able to reach a viable extraction point. Right before extraction, however, he took care of his target from miles away.
He was put on mandatory leave for a while due to trauma, and shortly into said leave the asylum ward Donovan was staying in burnt down, with a few reported dead, including Donovan. It is unknown how Tobias found out about Donovan's survival, but his joining the UNWD was one of the reasons Tobias did the same. Tobias performed brilliantly, and soon became an Infiltrator, working alongside the Ferrero twins and Devil Dog & Twitch, primarily.
